Brand Voice Training

Our financial client was tired of sounding like … a typical financial company. So when they rebranded, they asked us to help create their new brand voice and train teams to adopt it across the company. We performed a competitive analysis, content audit, company-wide interviews and developed a brand voice guide with an associated training program (including live workshops and a self-led digital version). Below, you’ll see the training launch video we produced from scratch—scripting, shooting, editing—that’s used to start a dialogue about how sounding human, using everyday language, is exactly what their customers want (and need) to hear.
